Clef is a 27B multimodal decision model: supply a situation and typed questions, and it returns probabilities for allowed answers rather than free-form prose. It can support routing or classification when you can define the options. The model card documents a Jev/SystemOne-compatible interface and reports testing on an H200 with specific libraries. That is not evidence of laptop compatibility or accuracy on your data. Current read the card; its benchmarks, serving setup and probability calibration have not been independently tested.
