What this means for your project
Check your server lifecycle if one McpServer instance is reused across requests: Server.connect now rejects an already connected server, and the stateless transport is restricted to one request. The release also changes redirect handling. Review each package version separately; the monorepo entry does not mean every adapter package became 2.3.0. Test your own two-request flow before migration. These notes describe documented changes, not a hands-on compatibility result.
