Trace2Flow is research on converting an agent’s execution record into an editable graph after the task finishes. For people designing agent interfaces, the useful idea is to inspect dependencies and intermediate evidence rather than trust only the final answer. The September 11 paper reports a 20-person study and better error detection than prompt-only review; it does not establish universal reliability or faster reuse. Paper sections checked October 16; a supported public installation and independent replication are not established.
