The change is in the metadata
A router chooses a skill from its name and description before loading the detailed instructions. Skill++ rewrites incoming metadata to describe the supported work, distinguish the closest existing skill and clarify exclusions, without retraining that router.

The measured result
For a library growing to 731 skills over ten sessions, the authors report selecting all required skills for 76.3% of queries, compared with 36.4% using the original metadata. Selection accuracy is a specific measure; it does not establish successful execution of the chosen workflow.

- · Added to Current
Skill++ studies how adding a similar skill can make an agent choose the wrong instructions, even when its earlier skills have not changed.
