- Who it helps
- Educators and developers building explorable explanations.
- Availability
- The Apache 2.0 toolkit documents Node.js 22 or later, the pnpm package manager and Git. Silent previews need no model key. Generated speech and hosted assistants may incur provider charges; audio generation also needs the FFmpeg media tools.
Keep the lesson and scene together
A lesson pairs a TypeScript scene with Markdown narration and YAML configuration. The toolkit coordinates scene changes with the narration so a learner can inspect what an explanation refers to.
Start with the smallest useful version
The creator’s public index shows several scientific demonstrations. A silent preview allows a builder to inspect scene behavior before adding speech or an assistant. Learning benefits were not evaluated in this review.

What you can do
- Read the lesson structure and inspect a public example before estimating narration, assistant and hosting costs. Open reference ↗
Where the evidence stops
No lesson was built or played through. Public examples do not establish that a new lesson will build successfully or improve learning.
