- Who it helps
- Designers and developers exploring editable interface prototypes.
- Availability
- The public editor advertises free access without sign-up. Its MIT repository documents self-hosting with Node 24. Shared spaces are persisted on a server and editable by anyone who has the link.
What you can inspect in the editor
The visible controls include editable canvas objects, HTML copying and PNG export. A prototype can therefore leave the chat as an artifact another person can revise. Those controls were inspected, but no generated layout or export was tested.
Understand a space before sharing it
The repository describes a link-based access model. The browser remembers a space link; clearing that browser data does not delete the server’s copy. Treat the link as edit access and use invented content while evaluating the tool.
What you can do
- Open the editor with a fictional two-field sign-up form. Check object editing and export in your own trial, and review the space-sharing behavior before adding real project material. Open reference ↗
Where the evidence stops
No AI connection, exported HTML quality or multi-user editing was tested. A public editor and an open repository do not establish that the hosted service keeps content solely on your device.
