The form is part of the task
The system identifies writable slots, associates them with supporting evidence and protects other regions. Its repair process restores template ranges and then checks the cell mapping again.
Evaluate structure as well as answers
The paper introduces 327 forms in FormFillBench and reports gains over evaluated baselines. A filled cell can be plausible while its placement or surrounding layout is wrong; the benchmark separates these concerns.
