- Who it helps
- Developers experimenting with coordinated agents and visible handoffs.
- Availability
- The public repository documents Docker Compose 2.24 or newer and a Node.js command-line client. Source development has additional Python, MongoDB and frontend requirements; model-provider access is separate.
How it works
The room interface makes messages and task progress visible across connected agents. A shared conversation can help diagnose a handoff, but each service still needs an explicit job and permission boundary.
Test a handoff and a disconnection
Start with two agents passing a fictional read-only task. Record the input, expected handoff and failure behavior; check whether either agent can continue after the other disconnects.

Where the evidence stops
The deployment and authentication behavior were not executed. A public repository alone does not establish production readiness or isolation.

Hybro provides shared rooms where agents can exchange work and stream their activity. It uses Agent-to-Agent communication, a protocol for connecting separate agent services.
