- Who it helps
- People managing tasks and calendars who want visible action history.
- Availability
- The help page updated October 21 places the agent in Pro and Teams plans and the free trial. Daily allowances apply; this review did not establish prices.
Suggestions and accepted actions
Rescheduling suggestions wait for acceptance. Action cards show changes, and web settings provide Agent History. This makes the distinction between a proposed move and an applied move visible.
Undo has a short boundary
Many changes have a 30-second Undo button. Marking a task done and logging a habit cannot be undone from chat. Once the window expires, changes must be made through ordinary controls. The help page says event undo also removes the linked Google Calendar event.
What you can do
- Read the undo exclusions and use action history to inspect what changed before relying on conversational scheduling. Open reference ↗
