- Who it helps
- Architects and designers exploring early apartment concepts.
- Availability
- Public browser playground checked November 8. It lists 20 initial free credits; successful generation batches consume credits. Paid plans exist, and their account behavior was not tested.
Define the spatial brief
The interface accepts daylight-facing walls, room sizes and preferred locations. It describes geometric reconstruction that produces measured, editable plans, with controls for walls, doors and furniture.
Treat the output as a design study
The model is trained mostly on European apartment plans and targets individual, single-floor apartments. A plausible layout still needs professional checks of structure, circulation and local requirements; none was performed here.
