- Who it helps
- Developers whose agents send messages or change external systems.
- Availability
- Repository describes version 0.6, Python 3.10–3.13 and Apache-2.0 licensing. Core uses the standard library; multi-machine PostgreSQL support is optional.
Approval and retries
Approvals bind to exact arguments. Stable run and tool identities matter: renaming a tool can make a resumed call look new. External APIs can receive stable idempotency keys to reject duplicate requests.
An uncertain action needs inspection
An exception may occur after an external effect succeeded. The documented EffectInDoubt state stops automatic retry in that case. The experimental crash tester really executes actions, so its documentation requires test accounts.
