Some offered models use encrypted inference environments; other providers have different terms. The policy asks members to assess the chosen model rather than assuming every option has the same protection.

Stored conversations remain accessible to the operator

The policy says chat history is stored on the server and can technically be read by the service. A commitment not to read it is separate from an architectural barrier. Web-search queries also reach underlying search engines.
